What areas do you cover?

Fabulous Party Tents is based in Ipswich, Suffolk. We will deliver and set up sleepover parties within a 10 mile radius of IP3. We will take bookings outside of this area, however they may incur an additional charge. This will be discussed and agreed upon booking.

 

What age range is suitable for the tents?

​We recommend the tents being used by children age 5+.

How long does it take to set up?

Our set up times will vary depending on space available and the number of teepees chosen. Typically, a setup of 2-4 teepees would take around 1 hour, with larger setups of 5+ teepees or bell tent set ups taking around 1 hour 30 minutes. We will always aim to get set up as quickly and efficiently as possible but will not leave until your party looks FABULOUS!

How much space is required?

This is very important!

​

For our indoor teepees-

Ages 5-10 W80cm x L145cm

Ages 11+ W85cm x L160cm

 If the tray is to be set up in front of the beds then an additional 30cm in length is required. These can be placed on the beds if space is limited. ​

For bell tent hire-

The bell tent measures 4m x 4m and requires a minimum area of 6m x 6m on secure, flat grass.

Please note: the tent cannot be set up on artificial grass.

How to book?

Once you have selected one of our FABULOUS themes simply message us to check availability. We will then send you a booking form as well as our terms & conditions. A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 is required for all bookings. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the date of the party. We also require a fully-refundable security deposit of £50.00 for indoor teepees and £100 for bell tent hire which will be refunded within 48 hours of the party end time providing there is no damage or loss to any of the equipment.

Delivery & Collection

For indoor teepees we will usually set up on the morning of the event and collect the following morning.

Bell tent is weekend hire, Friday to Monday.

Pamper and Picnic Parties are daytime hire only with times agreed at booking.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance.

Please be aware that you use our equipment at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injury caused. We strongly advise  adult supervision throughout the duration of the party.

How are the tents and other items cleaned?

​Hygiene is extremely important to us and all items are thoroughly cleaned, washed and wiped down after every single use.
